Damaged in shipment or Defective items: Contact must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please email us a picture of the damage or defect, we may be able to ship a replacement or issue a refund without a return of the item. Upon receipt of the returned item a refund will be issued. International shipping addresses: Upon receipt of pictures of the damage a refund or a replacement will be sent. Shipping, import duties, import taxes and customs clearance costs are not refunded.
